Howard Universities Consortium, GHUC), propose a PIRE Program in Cognitive,
Computational and Systems Neuroscience in collaboration with several European laboratories
of the highest international caliber, making Washington DC the hub for an unprecedented
transatlantic program in neuroscience research and graduate education.
